The history
 Originally the estate was home to a large Canarian family. Today several small houses are joined together converting them into a charming rustic unity, nestled up the rocks on five levels.
Total area: 2000 m2
Location: In mild climates height of 200 m above the sea you find the finca in a sheltered valley behind the Bandama Crater, Gran Canaria east. The absolute silence is interrupted only occasionally by birdsong. The last part via a practicable, 1 km long bumpy road leads to the finca. |

- In Marzagan and Telde
The three recommended nearest restaurants are located between 5-10 minutes.

- Walking, swimming, mountain biking, golf, shopping (Las Palmas)

The interior

Apartment on garden level
The 2-person apartment with 3 rooms of the original construction shares with thick stone walls and a total of about 60 square meters is divided as follows:
Living room:
Alcove separated by stone walls and wooden beams
Beds 200 x 90
2 sofas and table
1 dining table with 4 chairs
Bookcase with light fiction, plenty of information material about the island, maps and games
Cuisine:
Stove with breakfast bar, wooden corner bench with a table by the window, fully equipped kitchen, a broom closet with ironing board (iron), refrigerator.
Kitchen is perfectly equipped from garlic press to egg cups.
Bathroom:
Shower, toilet, sink, plenty of space, spacious wardrobes
All rooms with plenty of space and yet very cozy!
In front: Ivy and flower-covered patio, bench, stone walls and stairs to the house of Gisela. |

Studio on the 1st Floor
The studio on the 1st floor for 2 people in a new building with about 45 sqm. It is accessible by a staircase with separate entrance.

Bookcase with light fiction, plenty of information material about the island, maps and games
Kitchen / Bath:
Kitchen wall table and 2 chairs
Kitchen is perfectly equipped from garlic press to egg cups.

Completely walled terrace, rain-proof awning, sofa and table,

All rooms are sunny, mediterranean - optimum use of space!

The room is reserved for groups (minimum 4 pers.) or female individual.
Guest room:
Including use of the bath, or for female individuals use of bathroom and kitchen.

The outdoor area
 Botanical garden, barbecue terrace (8 persons) near the main entrance, sun tent with table and chairs in the garden, benches, deck chairs. |

The final cleaning corresponds to a daily rate.
The price includes bed linen, one bath and one hand towel per person, a kitchen and a hand towel, which will be changed once a week.
Private laundry can be washed by machine for a fee of 3.- EUR (including detergent, etc.)

Car Rentals
There is no bus service to the finca. Therefore you need a rental car for the time of your stay. It is also recommendable to book in advance through an agency or internet. Gasoline prices in Gran Canaria are far below European level.
